The 6 Day Long Family Party!

TSK spent nearly a week with her grandparents and assorted aunts, uncles and cousins. It was quite the rolling party.

Part 1- Wedding:

While the bride and groom are typically the focus of a wedding, for TSK it was meeting her aunt and uncle.

And dancing up a storm...

...late into the night.

Part 2: Arrival of the Cousins


Everything was fun and games with people her size...
...and equipment that brought back ghosts of farms past.
(Her Uncle W recounted how he and Aunt J would drive the truck in the field to pick up hay when they were still small enough that it took two of them - one on the pedals and the other on at the wheel.)

TSK understands that farming is as much about the land as it is about fixing the equipment when it breaks down.
An adventure on the river proved to be exciting...
...and exhausting.

Bathtime was more fun. And TSK even invented her own way to help grandma with the wash. She calls it the "pick up the laundry with a green bean to infuse that fresh from the garden smell" technique.

The party made it's way to her house where she and cousin D continued to find ways to make an impact.
